End User License Agreement

License Grant

RIVER CREE CASINO STAYHUB LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App subject to the terms of this EULA. This licence permits you to:

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display without prior written authorisation.
• Share your guest account credentials with any other person.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App or its services.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's servers or systems.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this EULA to any third party.

Intellectual Property

The App is licensed, not sold. RIVER CREE CASINO STAYHUB LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of RIVER CREE CASINO STAYHUB LTD.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data we collect in connection with your use of the App includes:

• Reservation and account credentials (email address, password).
• Guest profile information (name, optional profile photo).
• Service requests and in-app activity (room service orders, bookings, housekeeping requests).
• Concierge communications.
• Device information and App usage data for performance and compatibility purposes.

Warranty Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee that service requests submitted through the App will be fulfilled within any specific timeframe or at all, as fulfilment depends on resort operations and availability.

Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of enjoyment, loss of data, service disruptions, or any other damages or losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on information displayed within it.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA, or upon the conclusion of your stay at River Cree Resort & Casino. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the App.
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the App in your possession.
• Your guest account access will be deactivated.

RIVER CREE CASINO STAYHUB LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of this EULA.

Updates and Modifications

RIVER CREE CASINO STAYHUB LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. You acknowledge that the App may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes to this EULA constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modified EULA, you must stop using the App.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
